MATH TUTORING EXPERTS!
Mathnasium of Campbell-Los Gatos is a Learning/Tutoring Center where students in Grades K - 12th can go year-round to boost their math skills. It is effective, affordable and highly specialized. Our goal is to significantly increase your child's math skills, understanding of math concepts, and overall school performance. We get results and students enjoy their workouts!
When Dr. Kobad Bugwadia opened Mathnasium, he was not only helping children find success in mathematics, but he was fulfilling his own dream as well. With a Ph.D. from Rutgers University, 12 years of experience in the high tech industry and an insatiable passion for teaching, Kobad was excited by what he calls "the fusion" of combining his interests, skills and experience. Everything "came together" when he opened Mathnasium. "This is something I enjoy doing, it's a national franchise with a proven system, and I'm fortunate to be able to give back to the community."
In much the same way, he sees everything "come together" for the students at Mathnasium. He talks about children who have struggled with math, even shedding tears, who are now happy and succeeding. "That satisfaction of seeing a smile on the face of a child who finally 'gets it' is priceless," It's a sequence. With understanding comes confidence, which leads to passion, and passion results in growth."
TESTIMONIALS
"My 9 year old son was struggling with math and had lost his confidence. I am so glad I found Mathnasium! It has completely changed his attitude. He now pronounces with pride, "I am good at math". To me this is like a gift that I was unable to give him and I am very grateful." Jennifer B., Parent"
I never felt dumb or silly for asking a question when I didn't understand the math. In my middle school math class, I now have a 108%. I went from being a student who needed help to being the student that helped others." Justin, 8th grade student
"My wife, Tricia and I want to express not only our joy but complete surprise at the progress our daughter, Siju has made in the eight months she has been attending your classes. In her first quarter in sixth grade, Siju was getting a D in math. She ended up the first quarter with a C after starting at Mathnasium and by the end of the second quarter, she was getting a B and to our utter astonishment, she earned an A in the third quarter."
